2025 CU Spark Tank Chapter Competition
Alpena, MI: The 8th chapter competition for CU Spark Tank was a night of incredible innovation and collaboration! The event was held in Alpena with the Blue Ox Chapter of Credit Unions. Annual Meeting. This competition featured three exceptional young professionals: Abigail Parshall from Wolverine State Credit Union, Alexandra Lino with Northland Area Federal Credit Union, and Chantel Gerard with Alpena Alcona Area Credit Union. These young professionals delivered masterful presentations to a panel of judges: Nick Montie, CEO of Wolverine State Credit Union, Michelle Woodruff, Director of Advocacy at Alpena Alcona Area Credit Union, and Dawn Bodnar with Awakon Federal Credit Union. After deliberation, Chantel was selected to move on to present her idea on Center Stage at the AC&E in Grand Rapids! Congratulations Chantel.

These ideas are intended to impact their credit unions or the broader movement positively.
